Invitation to relatives of WW1 veterans on Remembrance Day, Sunday 11 November 2018.

In tribute to those who fought “For King and Country” and to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the end of that Great War (which falls on Remembrance Sunday), Cobham Remembers, in association with the Royal British Legion, is issuing an invitation to any family relatives of those men or women from Cobham, Downside or Hatchford who served in any capacity during WW1.

We would like to make contact with as many people as possible who may have a connection to join us as guests of the Royal British Legion at the Remembrance Day Service at St Andrew’s Church, Cobham and afterwards at the Royal British Legion in Hollyhedge Road for light refreshments.
