As expected additional information has now been submitted by the developer and can be accessed on the Elmbridge Planning Portal. The additional documents can be found under Plans and Documents – Supporting Documents and are all dated 28/10/2025.

The deadline for further comments to be submitted is now the 2nd December 2025. All our 1076 existing objections will still be valid, however you are able to send in further comments in response to this additional information. These documents are focused on Transport, Flood and Drainage, Ecology, Bats and Great Crested Newts.

We are currently reviewing these documents and will share with you our suggestions for response and further comments over the next few weeks.

Sadly it would appear that the Developer is attempting to minimise and dismiss all the objections that were made. This is to be expected but unfortunately implies that they have not listened to the concerns of local residents.

As we have shown so far there is real strength of feeling against this inappropriate and unsustainable development, and we will continue to fight it. Our whole area and Green Belt is under siege, as is evident from other recent applications. If allowed, the cumulative impact of these will change our semi-rural community for ever.
