In order to keep in touch with residents association members we have chosen to rely on what the General Data Protection Regulations call “legitimate interest”. This means that we will keep you informed of our activities by way of our printed newsletter, written notices and by email.

Data We Hold

Realistically, the only information we are likely to hold on you is your name, address, email address and whether you have renewed your subscription. Please let us know if you would like to change, update or remove any of this information by using our contact form.

Opting Out

You will have the option to opt-out from electronic communications. You may request be removed from the residents association email newsletter and/or print newsletter at any time by contact us at info@stokedabernon-residents.org.uk.
